Join NovaCore Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and lead strategic digital initiatives across software delivery, cloud migrations, and product launches. What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to define roadmaps, milestones, and release plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project artifacts, including project plans, risk registers, budgets, and change control processes.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies; implement PMO standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders through executive dashboards and regular status updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage issues and dependencies across programs.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party integrations as needed.
- Ensure quality through rigorous testing, UAT coordination, and acceptance criteria alignment.

- Communicate progress to stakeholders with executive dashboards and clear status reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks; manage issues, dependencies, and escalations across programs.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party integrations; ensure vendor performance aligns with projects.
- Ensure quality through rigorous testing, QA processes, and user acceptance testing coordination.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering software, cloud, or digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies; ability to tailor approaches per project.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools (JIRA, MS Project/Planner, Smartsheet, Confluence) and data-driven reporting.
- Experience managing budgets, resource plans, and vendor contracts; risk and dependency management.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs across multiple teams and domains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and influence without authority.
