What you’ll do

• Lead cross-functional project teams across business, IT, and operations to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics; translate business needs into actionable plans and milestones.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, governance artifacts, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships; monitor cost performance, ROI, and procurement needs.
• Ensure robust risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes; escalate risks to senior stakeholders when necessary.
• Foster strong stakeholder engagement and transparent communication with executives, sponsors, and delivery teams.
• Drive quality assurance, governance compliance, and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• 7+ years of project management experience in IT and digital initiatives, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs in multi-vendor environments with strong financial controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; proficient with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
