We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT programs from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines. Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple IT programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to define objectives, scope, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and dependency matrices.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resolve blockers, and manage cross-site execution.
- Own program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Implement PMO standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor project managers and build high-performing delivery teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional project/program management experience in IT or software development.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs with diverse stakeholders and budgets >$1M.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMI certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
