Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Science, etc.)
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in R&D or manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive project success
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
