As a Senior Project Manager you will own end to end delivery for complex programs, drive governance, and ensure successful outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Stakeholder groups to define scope, milestones, risk, and resource needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting for executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross functional ceremonies including project kickoffs, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
- Manage third party vendors and internal teams; track performance against SLAs and contracts.
- Implement PMO standards and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall as appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing metrics, dashboards, and lessons learned across programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or software development.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
- Proven track record delivering large scale programs with multiple work streams and vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and data driven reporting.
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, scope changes, and quality expectations in a dynamic environment.
- Hybrid or remote readiness with ability to collaborate across time zones; Seattle area preferred.
