NovaSphere Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, delivering high-value projects on time and within budget.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will own project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications for multi-month programs.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and governance structures; secure executive sponsorship.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, design, and operations to achieve objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress using PM tools (Jira, MS Project) and deliver regular status reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and vendor contracts; optimize burn and ROI.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentor junior PMs, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in technology or software delivery environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification; strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programs on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, risks, and change control in dynamic environments.
