Join Lumina Tech Partners as a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology programs from discovery through delivery. You will own complex roadmaps, curate governance, and ensure programs meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives while maintaining exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver complex technology programs from kickoff to closure.
- Partner with product, engineering, QA, and operations to translate business goals into actionable project plans.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and dependency maps.
- Establish governance and provide clear reporting to executives and sponsors.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and issues; drive timely remediation.
- Coach and mentor team members; promote agile and lean practices tailored to program needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and third party partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business, computer science, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
- 5-8+ years of project management experience in technology or software delivery.
- PMI PMP or equivalent certification; strong Agile credentials (Scrum, SAFe) highly preferred.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and data driven reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
