Capstone Public Sector Partners is seeking a Senior Public Administration Analyst to join our government-focused team in Washington, DC. This full-time role provides a unique opportunity to influence policy development, budgeting, and program governance across city and state programs.
\nYou will partner with elected officials, agency leaders, and stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve public services and outcomes.
Responsibility

- Lead policy analysis, program evaluation, and performance measurement for municipal programs. \n
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators. \n
- Collaborate with agencies, elected officials, and community stakeholders to inform decision-making. \n
- Manage procurement processes, grant administration, and compliance with regulations. \n
- Prepare briefs, reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership. \n
- Support strategic planning, risk management, and governance initiatives. \n
- Facilitate interagency coordination and public engagement activities. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). \n
- Minimum 5 years of public sector or government experience with policy development or program management. \n
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. \n
- Solid understanding of budgeting, procurement, grants, and regulatory compliance. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences. \n
- Project management experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. \n
- Demonstrated ethics, integrity, and commitment to public service. \n
