Responsibility
- Lead research and analysis on key public policy issues affecting government and citizens.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative government programs and initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory compliance, legislative impact, and strategic direction.
- Craft compelling policy briefs, recommendations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with legislators, agencies, and advocacy groups to build consensus and promote policies.
- Monitor policy trends and emerging issues to anticipate government needs and challenges.
- Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and community forums.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in public administration, policy analysis, or government affairs.
- Proven ability to communicate complex policy concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Track record of building partnerships within government and/or nonprofit sectors.
- Demonstrated commitment to public service and ethical standards.
