Responsibility
- Conduct policy analysis and program evaluation to inform decision-making across municipal programs.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources; create clear dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Develop policy briefs, memos, and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations; assess risk and program outcomes.
- Coordinate with city departments, external partners, and community groups; facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets; track expenditures and outcomes.
- Support grant applications and reporting; manage performance metrics and impact evaluation.
- Provide advisory support on policy implementation and service delivery improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the public sector or government-related organizations.
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in data analysis, budgeting, and program evaluation.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau/Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local government processes, procurement, and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced public service environment.
