Responsibility
- Lead policy research and analysis to inform decision-making across municipal programs.
- Coordinate cross-departmental project teams to design, implement, and evaluate public programs.
- Develop performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Engage with community stakeholders, NGOs, and private partners to align programs with community needs.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes in compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare policy briefs, recommendations, and regulatory impact analyses.
- Represent the agency in public meetings, hearings, and advisory committees with clarity and diplomacy.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with privacy, security, and ethics standards.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in public policy, program management, or government affairs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative methods; proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering on deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex policy into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.
- Experience with grant writing, funding proposals, and regulatory compliance.
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States (per role requirements).
