Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated public relations strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and trade media; secure high-impact placements across top outlets.
- Advise senior leadership on messaging, executive positioning, and crisis communications management.
- Oversee media monitoring, analytics, and reporting to demonstrate ROI and impact.
- Manage and mentor a PR team; provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, briefings, and speaking engagements to maximize earned media results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of PR experience, including agency and/or in-house roles; proven track record of successful media placements.
- Strong media relationships across national outlets and trade press.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and crisis management skills.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Proficiency with media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong project management.
