- Oversee crisis communications planning and rapid response to protect client reputation.
- Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to align messaging across channels and events.
- Monitor media coverage, measure impact, and provide data-driven insights to clients and leadership.
- Mentor junior staff, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional PR experience with a demonstrated ability to secure national and trade media placements.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong media relations network across NYC and national outlets.
- Proven crisis communications experience and ability to respond quickly under pressure.
- Leadership experience, project management skills, and budget oversight.
