Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives and brand values.
- Lead media relations efforts, secure placements in top-tier outlets, and manage press conferences.
- Oversee crisis communications planning and rapid-response messaging to protect brand reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and executive teams to coordinate multi-channel campaigns.
- Mentor and coach junior PR staff, interns, and cross-functional partners.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and report insights to clients and leadership.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of public relations experience, agency or corporate.
- Strong media relationships across print, broadcast, and digital outlets.
- Proven crisis management experience with rapid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills with a portfolio of press materials.
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
