We’re seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to elevate our testing strategy across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to shape quality from planning through release. You’ll balance manual and automated testing, define robust QA metrics, and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure coverage across features and platforms.
- Lead and extend test automation efforts using modern frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria, quality metrics, and risk-based testing strategies.
- Execute manual and exploratory testing, perform regression testing, and coordinate cross-team testing activities across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, promote QA best practices, and establish scalable QA processes and standards.
- Identify, document, track, and drive root cause analysis for defects; advocate for timely and effective fixes.
- Drive release readiness, participate in risk assessment, and ensure quality gates are met before production.
Qualification
- 5+ years of software quality assurance experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and risk-based testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright; proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java).
- Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL) and tools such as Postman, Newman, or Insomnia.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
