Join ApexQA Technologies, a leading software quality company delivering robust QA strategies for enterprise apps. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing efforts across web and mobile platforms. You will design scalable test plans, implement automation, and partner with product and engineering teams to ship high quality software.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for web and mobile apps
- Design and implement automated test suites (API, UI, regression) to improve coverage and speed
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define acceptance criteria
- Lead defect triage, reproduce issues, and ensure timely resolution with clear documentation
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality metrics
- Establish and monitor QA metrics, risk assessments, and release readiness
- Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards as applicable
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with web and mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design and risk-based testing
- Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright and scripting (JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to mentor teammates
