Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for web and mobile platforms, aligning with product goals and release timelines.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (Selenium and Cypress) to accelerate feedback loops.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, regression suites, and performance tests to ensure customer-ready quality.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define clear acceptance criteria and test coverage for user stories.
- Perform API testing and data validation; write SQL queries to verify data integrity across services.
- Identify, triage, and track defects; provide precise reproduction steps and evidence to enable rapid remediation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, CI/CD integration, and release readiness.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of QA experience with a strong automation track record.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST/JSON) and SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
