Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
- Lead automation initiatives, improving coverage and efficiency with modern tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and scrum teams for end-to-end quality assurance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Perform thorough regression and performance testing on agile product releases.
- Advocate best QA practices while mentoring junior team members.
- Analyze user requirements and technical specifications for optimal testing coverage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional QA experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
- Advanced skills in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
