In this role, you will own QA strategy, craft comprehensive test plans, and drive automation initiatives that shorten release cycles while maintaining top-tier quality.

Responsibility
- Define and execute QA strategy across web and mobile apps, ensuring quality gates in every release.
- Design, maintain and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and risk-based test matrices.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright or Cypress; integrate with CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and ensure testability.
- Identify, document, track and verify defects; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers; contribute to process improvements and QA governance.
- Conduct performance, security and accessibility testing as needed; participate in release readiness and risk reviews.
- Build dashboards and metrics to measure quality and test coverage; report status to stakeholders.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in QA for software products; 2+ years in lead or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and risk-based testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Playwright or Cypress; proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing (k6, JMeter).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Familiarity with agile/Scrum and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
