Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Design and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform manual testing, including regression, exploratory, and usability testing to validate complex flows.
- Define and manage test data, environments, and test environment provisioning.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure quality criteria are met at every sprint.
- Document defects with clear steps to reproduce; track and verify fixes in Jira or similar tools.
- Analyze quality metrics, provide release readiness assessments, and participate in risk-based release planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and test case management.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress) and programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Proven experience with API testing (REST, Postman, Swagger) and service-level test strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work in Agile teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for quality and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
