Nezda Technologies is excited to invite you to apply for the Senior R2R Analyst – Cash Management & General Accounting. This seasoned role sits at the heart of our finance team in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will lead a critical Record to Report (R2R) function and drive cash management activities that safeguard liquidity and reporting accuracy. In this role you will own the monthly close process, ensure accurate journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, and general ledger maintenance. You will manage cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and cash position reporting to support strategic decision making. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Compliance to maintain data integrity and timely reporting. You will also help drive continuous improvements in processes, automation, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Lead and own the Monthly Close process for R2R, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
- Manage end-to-end cash management activities, including bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and cash flow reporting.
- Oversee General Accounting activities such as GL maintenance, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of R2R processes to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP, AR, Tax, Compliance, and FP&A to ensure data integrity and timely closing.
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis with actionable insights for senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in R2R, cash management, and general accounting; experience with month-end close cycles.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS; familiarity with local tax regulations (BIR, VAT).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics; strong close and consolidation capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analytics; ability to map processes and implement improvements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to mentor junior staff; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines; capable of working independently and proactively.
