Responsibility
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value corporate clients to maximize revenue and profitability
- Develop tailored banking solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking
- Nurture long-term partnerships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Coordinate credit proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor client performance, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and risk management teams
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in corporate or commercial banking
- Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and credit analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of US banking regulations and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and financial analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets
