Responsibility
- Lead the development of scalable frontend architecture using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into polished UI.
- Build accessible, responsive components and design system primitives.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain test suites with Jest/React Testing Library; contribute to CI/CD.
- Improve performance, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO-related front-end optimizations.
- Work closely with backend teams to implement API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
- Document components and collaborate on design system governance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of frontend development experience, including remote work experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript; solid understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with state management (Redux/Vx or alternatives such as Zustand); modern JavaScript/ES6+.
- Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs; asynchronous data handling.
- Familiarity with testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of accessibility (A11y), responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across time zones.
