In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with product managers and backend engineers across time zones, design robust UI components, and drive performance and accessibility best practices.

Responsibility
- Lead the development of complex frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, accessible UI
- Own and maintain component library and ensure alignment with our design system
- Implement performance optimizations, lazy loading strategies, and robust testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct thoughtful code reviews
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG 2.1+)
- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and integrate frontend services
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React
- Strong TypeScript capabilities and solid JavaScript fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and modern CSS techniques
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and CI workflows
- Commitment to accessibility and WCAG 2.1+ standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication for asynchronous collaboration across time zones
