We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk assessment programs, shape risk governance, and partner with business leaders to build resilient strategies. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ample opportunity to shape risk culture across the organization.
Responsibility
- Lead enterprise risk assessments, identify key risk indicators, and monitor risk exposure across functions.
- Develop and maintain risk governance frameworks, policies, and controls aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Partner with business units to design risk-based processes in strategic initiatives and product launches.
- Oversee risk quantification, scenario analysis, and stress testing; communicate findings to executives and the board.
- Monitor regulatory developments, ensure compliance, and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts; build a high-performing risk management culture.
- Drive incident response planning, business continuity, and recovery strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree or professional designation (FRM, CFA, CIA) preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years in risk management, risk analytics, or governance in financial services or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000), regulatory expectations (FFIEC, Dodd-Frank, Basel), and control ecosystems.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python/R, SAS; Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience with stress testing, scenario analysis, and metrics reporting to C-level and boards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
