Join NorthBridge Financial as a Senior Risk Manager and lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide risk programs. You will identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, financial, operational, and regulatory risks while partnering with senior leaders to embed risk-aware decision making across the business.

Responsibility

  • Lead and maintain an enterprise risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across all business units.
  • Develop and implement risk policies, frameworks, and governance structures aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Lead regular risk assessments, scenario analyses, and stress testing to inform strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with executives to define risk appetite, tolerance, and key risk indicators (KRIs); report material risks to the board and risk committees.
  • Oversee incident response, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery exercises to minimize disruption and recovery time.
  • Coordinate third-party and vendor risk management, including contractual risk controls and ongoing monitoring.
  • Drive data-driven insights through KPI dashboards, risk metrics, and management reporting to support governance and compliance.
  • Mentor and develop risk management staff, promoting a culture of proactive risk awareness.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (FRM, CFA, PRM) preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years in risk management, compliance, or internal controls within financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, SOX, FFIEC, BC/DR).
  • Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, KRIs, and risk reporting to executives and boards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with risk management tools, data analytics, and relevant software (SQL, Excel, GRC platforms).
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and a demonstrated ability to translate complex risks into actionable controls.
  • Certification in risk management or related fields is a plus; ability to obtain work authorization in the United States.
