Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of the enterprise risk management (ERM) program across the organization.
- Develop and monitor risk appetite statements and key risk indicators aligned to strategic goals.
- Coordinate risk assessments, scenario analyses, and control testing across functions.
- Prepare and deliver risk reporting to the board and senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and finance to strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation.
- Promote a risk-aware culture and deliver training on governance, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive risk management experience, including ERM implementation.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in COSO, risk modeling, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL querying.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
