The Senior RTR Analyst at Michael Page in Selangor will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the record-to-report activities within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during external audits
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
