You will manage a dynamic sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely follow-through from inquiry to closing. The successful candidate will be comfortable presenting at client meetings, delivering property tours, and representing the brand at industry events.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets across segments (corporate, group, MICE, leisure).
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners; manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and hotel tours to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, rates, and packages; ensure accurate and timely follow-through from inquiry to closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to create tailored proposals and optimize guest experiences.
  • Coordinate events, site visits, and client entertainment; represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide feedback to leadership to inform pricing and product development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; proven sales track record in hospitality preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hotels, resorts, or related luxury brands, with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficient in client relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events; availability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Excellent storytelling and proposal writing abilities; comfortable delivering property tours and sales pitches.
