Infosys is actively seeking a Senior SAP Concur Consultant to design, implement and optimize Travel and Expense T&E, Invoice and Audit processes for SAP IS-Oil and Gas clients. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate complex expense policies into scalable configurations, deliver end to end SAP Concur solutions, and drive measurable value in cost control, compliance and user experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who thrives in a fast paced, client facing environment and is comfortable working across regions and teams.
As a member of our SAP practice, you will lead the delivery lifecycle on SAP Concur projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and go live support. You will collaborate with SAP ERP and IS-Oil teams to ensure seamless integrations, data accuracy and policy alignment. You will also support audits and compliance by providing accurate, audit ready reports and ensuring data governance. The position may involve occasional travel to client sites within the region.

Responsibility
- Lead SAP Concur implementation and optimization for Travel and Expense, Invoice and Audit processes
- Design and map expense policies to SAP Concur for SAP IS-Oil and Gas clients
- Configure integrations with SAP ERP SAP S/4HANA and perform data migration and testing
- Deliver functional specifications and coordinate with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Provide end user training, change management and go live support
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance, governance and audit readiness with accurate reporting
- Support client audits and provide traceability for key controls
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of SAP Concur consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of Travel and Expense policy design and expense processing
- Experience with SAP IS-Oil and Gas or the energy sector is a plus
- Hands on configuration experience in SAP Concur modules and integrations with SAP ERP
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Project management experience and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
