Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable web applications.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and deliverables.
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain high code quality through best practices and automated testing.
- Continuously research emerging tools and frameworks for software innovation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in software development with modern tech stacks (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
