Responsibility
- Architect, design, and implement scalable features across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers; participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Build and maintain robust APIs, microservices, and data models.
- Drive candidate quality with testing strategies, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and security; optimize for reliability and cost.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
- 5+ years of software development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; strong React and Node.js expertise.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills; proven mentorship ability.
- Track record delivering scalable, maintainable software in production environments.
