Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend services using modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into robust software solutions
- Own features end-to-end, including architecture decisions, code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment
- Build high-quality APIs and integration points with internal and external systems
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing
- Improve system reliability, observability, and performance through instrumentation and best practices
- Champion security, accessibility, and maintainability across the codebase
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software development experience in web-scale environments
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, React for frontend, and Node.js or similar backend tech
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and testing strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
