PinnacleSoft Technologies is seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in Seattle. You will design, build, and scale cloud native applications that power mission critical services for enterprise clients. This role blends hands on development with system design and collaboration across product and operations teams.

Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot or equivalent stack
- Develop dynamic, responsive frontend components with React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into robust software
- Own code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment
- Monitor, profile, and optimize performance, reliability, and security
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response when needed
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; or demonstrated expertise in a modern JS stack (Node.js, React)
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices
- Solid understanding of data modeling, scalability, and security best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tooling
