Responsibility
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define APIs and integration points.
- Own end-to-end features from concept to production, including monitoring and post-launch support.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and promote engineering best practices.
- Improve testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for faster delivery.
- Refactor legacy components to modern, scalable architectures.
- Champion security, accessibility, and quality standards across the product.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technology roadmap planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in web technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frontend frameworks, and Node.js or Python backend.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, RESTful APIs, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing strategies, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
