Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in a cloud-first environment.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into robust software solutions.
- Lead performance optimizations, reliability improvements, and incident response.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and promote best practices.
- Drive API strategy, data modeling, and integration with third-party services.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment automation.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to roadmap planning.
- Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards across services.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or Python; experience with Go is a plus.
- Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and data modeling.
- Proficient in CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools; strong debugging skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring abilities.
