Responsibility
- Lead design and implementation of scalable features across front-end and back-end systems.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and deliver outcomes.
- Mentor engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Architect services and APIs; evaluate trade-offs and ensure robust security and performance.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes to ensure reliable releases.
- Monitor system health, optimize performance, and implement scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate on testing, reliability, and documentation to ship high-quality software.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred) and Node.js.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers; hands-on with microservices and scalable architectures.
- Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to design maintainable code and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven mentor and team player.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Self-motivated with a passion for shipping high-quality software and learning new technologies.
