Responsibility
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust features.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable frontend and backend components.
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and promote best practices.
- Instrument reliability with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate new technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with React and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, and code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
