Responsibility
- Architect, design, and implement scalable features and services across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into robust, maintainable software.
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability; lead debugging and incident response efforts.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers; conduct thorough code reviews and promote best practices.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud environments (AWS).
- Improve observability through metrics, tracing, and logging; optimize data access patterns (SQL/NoSQL).
- Contribute to architectural decisions and partner with platform teams on roadmap planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; expertise with React, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern DevOps practices; containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills; collaborative and proactive team player.
- Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies; shipping software in production.
