Responsibility
- Perform merchant adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth research on cardholder suspense items.
- Ensure timely resolution of client settlement issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline settlement processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial controls.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
