QuantNova Analytics is seeking a Senior Statistician to join our fast-paced analytics team in Boston. You will apply advanced statistical methods to solve real-world problems, design experiments, and translate data into actionable insights for product, research, and strategy.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end statistical analyses for product and research initiatives, including experimental design and causal inference.
- Develop and validate predictive models, simulations, and hypothesis tests to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and reproducibility of analyses.
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear dashboards and presentations.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of rigorous statistical thinking.
- Design and oversee A/B/n experiments, including power calculations and sample size planning.
- Document methodologies and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of applied statistics experience in tech, healthcare, or finance.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, Bayesian and frequentist methods, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in R and Python; solid SQL; experience with statistical software (e.g., Stan, PyMC) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating actionable insights from data.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
