Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end statistical analyses for client and internal projects, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
- Design experiments and A/B tests, including power analysis and sample size calculations.
- Develop and validate predictive models using R, Python, or SAS; assess model performance and calibration.
- Implement robust data pipelines, documentation, and version-controlled workflows.
- Translate complex statistical results into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to team knowledge through code reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, governance, and reproducibility across platforms.
- Stay current with methodological advances and contribute to thought leadership within the organization.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied statistics, analytics, or data science.
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS a plus.
- Strong background in Bayesian methods, regression modeling, time-series, and experimental design.
- Solid SQL skills and ability to work with large, diverse datasets.
- Excellent data visualization skills (e.g., ggplot2, seaborn, Tableau) and storytelling ability.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
