As a Senior Statistician, you will design experiments, build predictive models, and provide rigorous analyses that inform business decisions across product, marketing, and operations. We value rigorous methodology, reproducible workflows, and clear communication of results.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end statistical analyses for cross-functional projects, including planning, modeling, validation, and interpretation.
- Develop and validate predictive models using regression, time-series, Bayesian, and machine-learning approaches.
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate) to quantify lift and guide product decisions.
- Ensure analytical rigor through robust data quality checks, assumptions testing, and sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business questions into analytic solutions.
- Communicate complex results clearly to non-technical audiences via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to building scalable, reproducible analytics pipelines.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on statistical analysis experience in industry or academia.
- Proficiency with R and/or Python for statistical modeling; strong SQL skills.
- Experience with time-series, experimental design, Bayesian methods, and ML techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
