We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Based in Singapore, you will work with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to shape requirement specs, assess current-state processes, and drive sustainable improvements across ERP, CRM, and data-enabled systems.

Responsibility
- Lead elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews with business units to define and document business requirements and success criteria.
- Analyze current-state business processes and systems; create as-is / to-be process models using BPMN and UML.
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for IT teams, including data models, data dictionaries, and integration points.
- Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, QA, and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Assess risks, dependencies, and resource requirements; support change management and user adoption strategies.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, vendor evaluations, and vendor/ERP/CRM system selection as needed.
- Support governance with traceability, requirement baselining, and sign-off workflows.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years of Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience.
- Proven expertise in BPMN, UML, and process modeling; strong data modeling and SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems and integrations; familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments; ability to drive requirements to completion.
- Proficiency with analytical tools (Visio, Jira, MS Excel) and requirement traceability.
- Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) or equivalent are a plus.
