Responsibility
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and align them with IT solutions.
- Design, document, and validate system processes and workflows for new and existing applications.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and project management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
- Create clear and comprehensive system documentation, guidelines, and training for users.
- Advise business partners on process improvement opportunities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis in an enterprise IT environment.
- Expertise in process mapping, system documentation, and business process reengineering.
- Proficiency with requirements gathering tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise application integration is a plus.
