Join NexTech Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst in Seattle. You will bridge business needs with technology, shaping scalable systems that drive efficiency and growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to analyze complex processes, model requirements, and translate them into actionable specifications that guide delivery across the SDLC.
Responsibility
- Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders across functions.
- Create and maintain process models, data flows, use cases, and data dictionaries using BPMN/UML.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to translate requirements into technical designs and acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirements traceability, versioning, and scope changes to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.
- Lead facilitation of workshops, impact analyses, and risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
- Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, criteria, and assisting UAT to verify solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or related experience in software development environments.
- Strong modeling skills with BPMN and UML; experience with data modeling and SQL.
- Proficiency with relational databases, SQL querying, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CCBA are a plus.
