What you will do:
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis with stakeholders across functions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Model business processes using BPMN and diagrams using UML.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems.
- Perform gap analyses, risk assessments, and value-driven recommendations.
- Support UAT, oversee change requests, and validate system performance.
- Drive continuous improvement with metrics and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts to raise the team's capability.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with BPMN, UML, and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodologies.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus across stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus.
