Responsibility
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities and define clear requirements.
- Elicit and document functional and nonfunctional requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and observation.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, data dictionaries, use cases, and process models (UML BPMN).
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to design optimal solutions that meet business goals.
- Model data relationships, conduct impact analyses, and support data migration and integration efforts.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing, traceability, and change management activities.
- Assist with project planning, risk assessment, and ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency with UML, BPMN, data modeling, and process mapping.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and integration projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying; familiarity with data warehousing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
