Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Perform current-state and future-state process mapping using BPMN and UML to identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Product, IT, and QA teams to design system enhancements, data models, and integration points.
- Lead requirements prioritization, define acceptance criteria, and guide user acceptance testing.
- Analyze data flows, perform gap analysis, and support data migrations and reporting needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and decision records for governance.
- Support project management with risk assessment, constraint identification, and stakeholder communication.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role in a technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in BPMN, UML, data modeling, and requirement elicitation techniques.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into pragmatic technical solutions and document them clearly.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) are a plus.
