Join NorthBridge Tech Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst in Seattle. You will bridge business needs and IT capabilities, analyze complex systems, and deliver actionable requirements that drive meaningful improvements.
As a critical collaborator within our IT and operations teams, you will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, model processes, and translate business needs into robust technical specifications.
Responsibility
- Gather and elicit requirements from stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Analyze current systems and business processes; identify gaps and opportunities
- Develop functional and technical specifications and ensure traceability
- Model business processes and data flows using BPMN and diagrams
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to drive delivery
- Perform risk assessments, feasibility analyses, and impact assessments
- Support test planning, user acceptance, and change management
Qualification
- Bachelor or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience
- Strong expertise in BPMN, use case modeling, data mapping, and requirements elicitation
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; ability to interpret data trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated stakeholder facilitation
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
